Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable files, e-books, templates, online courses), there is no right to return after purchase. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to this policy.

If a product does not conform to the agreement (e.g., a corrupted file or incorrect content), you have the right to file a complaint. Contact us via email at biznesmateuszk@gmail.com. In your message, please include:

• Your order number,

• A description of the issue,

• Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).

We process complaints within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is approved, we offer:

• Repair of the product (e.g., sending a corrected version of the file), or

• A refund.
